4.Our promise

Gold Sell
When we receive payment, we will notify you within 30 minutes as to how we will deliver the gold. Please note in the order your characters name, realm, and level. 
We make every effort to deliver your gold as soon as possible after payment. If we do not deliver your gold within 24 hours after email or call confirm, we will full refund the payment if you desire if we haven't sent the gold after 24 hours after confirm

Power Leveling

We will begin your power leveling order within 30 minutes of receiving payment.

When your order is complete, we will email the details to you. We suggest changing your password upon receiving the account.

you can track your order anytime by using Live Help or Order Search.

If you would like to play your character at anytime during the power leveling process, please contact our Live Help Customer Support so we can cease your order until you are finished. Please also notify us when you are logged off your account so we can continue the order. and you'd better don't change the password at anytime during the power leveling process, otherwise we can't login in the game

 We will complete your power leveling order in the promised time. The EST should except the server fix time.

We will not socialize during the power leveling process. The chat will be muted and we will not respond to your friends, or anyone else within the game.

Everything your character obtains during the power leveling process (gold, items, etc) will remain in your account. We will never take any items or gold from your character. All gold, accounts, and items remain property of Blizzard Entertainment. After the power leveling process is complete, we assume no responsibility for anything that happens to the account.
